Cape of good hope nature reserve...What an Experience!

THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE

What a magnificent site for one to view…..if you were not there you sure missed out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cape of Good Hope is one of the top of South Africa’s heritage sites and it’s in the Mother City which is why im proud to be a Cape Tonian. Well while you missed out I was there and I saw and experienced it all. The weather, the people, the animals, the plants and the marvellous view, it sure is a beautiful god’s creation. It feels like heaven to be there, you get to see all of Cape town…..ok maybe some of cape town but anyway you get to see cape town at a level that no one has seen it, except ofcouse if that person has been to the cape of good hope’s nature reserve and I must say it’s a great level. As I might have mentioned the weather there is crazy, crazy in a good way though, because it explains Cape Town’s weather, which is one minute sunny and the next very cold with strong winds and worst of all it starts to rain while it is sunny, so it’s kinda confusing. Kinda might even be an understatement because the weather there is very weird but I guess that explains why Cape Town has the weather that it has. Despite the weather that’s strange, the nature reserve is still a must see site. It has animals, the most interesting being the Baboons which are super clever, they are geniuses. I wish I could give me their brains for maths, or maybe not, what if I get to think of  Bananas when im supposed to write a test. I wonder though what do they eat, I mean there are no banana trees there…..well they are clever animals im sure they find something.

Cape of Good Hope is such a beautiful place to such an extent that the place was packed when I was there. There were tourists from everywhere but mainly from china and I took a picture with them. Unfortunately I don’t have the proof to show but I seriously did take the picture with them. We did some rock climbing near the sea and it was awesome to be so close to nature and get to feel the sea breeze up-close and personal which is very refreshing especially for a student that works all week long with no breaks, because between maths and life science there really is no break. Some people could not walk any longer because they were tired and it felt like we were floating when we were near the light house and the wind was so strong that I could not go up anymore so I stayed there and waited for those that had climbed up.  It was great to be off campus and out of the lab for a change and just spend half a day with friends studying fun. Who knew that you could make studying fun, it was really super great and the day was well spent. It should be done more often……. #NEVER#.
